Textile design, hand woven sample produced during stay in Kyoto, Japan, 2016.
CONCEPT A palette of six colours is combined on the loom creating an array of colourways and patterns.
Proposal for textile collection based on sections of woven sample.
PRODUCTION Hand dyed wool. Countermarch loom.
Basketweave, plain weave and twill.
